What days do you offer Curbside or In-Store Pickup?

These services are available every day during store hours. 

How does Curbside Pick Up work?

Place your order online using the In-store Pickup option. You will receive an email notification from the store when your order is ready. To pick up your order, you will need to bring one piece of government-issued photo ID as well as the credit card used for payment.  Once you have been notified it is ready, drive to the store.  Pull up to the curbside pylons, if you do not see them, pull up to the curb.

Step 1:  When you arrive, call the store, using the number for your location below, and let them know your name from your order and car color.

What is the cutoff time for Curbside or In-Store Pickup?

All orders received at least two hours before store closing are eligible for same day Curbside or In-Store Pickup.

What if I place my order after the cutoff time?

All orders placed within two hours of the store closing time will be available the following business morning. For orders placed outside of our normal business hours will be available two hours after we open the following business day. You will be notified by email when your pickup is ready.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are generally filled within 2 hours of receipt. Upon completion, notification that your order is ready will be sent via email.  Most deliveries will arrive within 1-3 business days.  Rural deliveries may take up to one week.  

How much does Home Delivery Cost?

Home Delivery is offered at an introductory flat rate of $10. If your order is $99 or more before taxes the order ships for free, some exceptions apply. Deliveries to Grand Manan have a flat rate of $20 regardless of size of order, this is due to higher shipping costs.

Please note if you live in Grand Manan, we will call you for payment before we ship your order. 

Where in New Brunswick do you deliver?

We deliver to ALL of New Brunswick.

Do you offer same day delivery? 

Yes we do! Orders placed before 11am will be delivered between 4pm - 9pm. Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the following day between 4pm - 9pm. Same day delivery is offered within a 15 km radius of all our stores with the exception of our Miramichi location; however, we do offer same day delivery within the town limits of Miramichi.  Most deliveries outside of our same day delivery range will arrive within 1-3 business days.  Rural deliveries may take up to one week.  

Do you deliver across Canada?

No, we only deliver within New Brunswick. Contact a Global Pet Foods location in your province to find out if you can get the items shipped from them. 

Do you ship clay litter? 

Yes, we do! There is a $5 surcharge per bag due to the weight of the product and increased cost of shipping.

Are there exceptions to items you will deliver?

Yes, at this time we cannot deliver frozen items.

How much does In-Store Pickup cost?

Our Curbside or In-Store Pickup services are FREE!

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

No.

How do I order?

Visit https://newbrunswick.globalpetfoods.com to place your Curbside or In-Store Pickup orders. For these services, simply utilize the In-Store Pickup option, and verify your preferred store location at checkout.

Do my online orders qualify for your Frequent Buyer program?

Yes! If you want to participate in the Frequent Buyer program make sure you sign up for an account on our website rather than checking out as a guest. In the applicable section on the sign up page, please include your Frequent Buyer Number, or phone number that's linked to your account so we can add your online purchases to your account.  If you don't know your Frequent Buyer Information, please contact us.

Do my online orders qualify for AIR MILES?

Yes! If you want to participate in the airmiles program make sure you sign up for an account on our website rather than checking out as a guest. In the applicable section on the sign page, please include your airmiles number.

Who do I contact with questions about my order?

Please select your store from the navigation across the top of this page.  In the top left corner you will see a phone number & an address.  If this address is your local store, simply click & you will be taken to a page with that stores' contact information.

How do I return something purchased online?

All returns must be processed in one of our Global Pet Foods neighborhood store locations. Please review our full return policy here.
